Job Purpose 

• To implement benefit policy and procedures
• To provide professional service to staff and communicate with related parties referring to benefit affairs

Job Dimensions 

1. C1&C2 has about 2,200 staff, 45 functional lines within the organization.
2. This position works with key stakeholders of CSPC management team and managers group on a daily basis. Other key stakeholders include external peers, HR Leadership Team as well as other HR colleagues within HR department, government authorities,etc.

Principal Accountabilities 

1. Maintain and administer staff insurance and related data to their up-to-date and make sure the compliance with the law and regulation of the local authorities.
2. Maintain administrative procedures in support of the organization’s benefits policies to ensure effective implementation.
3. Support manpower cost reports and accrual to related parties on monthly basis. Analyses, interprets and presents HR data for payroll delivery and decision-making.
4. Provide service and assistance to new staff and children education according to the company guideline.
5. Implement benefit plan, policies and prepare settlement for departure staff.
6. Perform other compensation and benefit related tasks or work as directed.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Educational background:
• University graduate
2. Work experience:
 • 2+ years’ experience in human resource management with organizing and planning ability and able to work independently
 • Familiar with laws and regulations on employment with sound experience in labor dispute; knowledge in human resource management and familiar with relevant regulations
 • Approachable personality, responsible with excellent communication and negotiation abilities and strong team-work spirit
3. Language proficiency:
 • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
4. PC skills:
 • Proficient in PC skills, especially in EXCEL and HR IT applications.
