Job Purpose 

Receiving, checking, filling, process and archive documents in Documentum services to the manufacturing and major project facilities.

Job Dimensions 

Dimensions:
1. D7i (19 Docbase) maintenance;
2. T-drive DCC folder management;
3. C1&C2 Archives& TEC Library management;
4. C1&C2 documents management including engineering document and vendor print.
Key relationships: Provide documentation support services to the technical personnel for the MF&MD.

Principal Accountabilities 

1. Receipt of Original Design Database from Construction Team.
2. Check database for accuracy, process onto the Project Management System (Documentum).
3. Issue Copies where relevant internally for Review via transmittal, which is used for traceability purposes.
4. Revise the database when necessary, supersede historical information.
5. File and archive where necessary (both electronic copies and hard copies).
6. Archive all historical information in system or archive boxes, sequentially number and logged onto a register. This will ensure traceability of historical information.
7. Receipt of Vendor data, issued documentation to relevant engineers for review.
8. Follow the requirements of Document Control Process as detailed in the Project Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.
9. Manage and maintain library.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Educational background: Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or Library.
2. Work experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in document management preferably in oil & gas or petrochemicals industries.
3. Language proficiency: Ability to use English as the working language.
4. PC skills: Proficient in PC skills.
